Welcome to New Jersey’s very first craft brewery. We’re proud to brew our house ales on our 7-barrel Peter Austin Brewing System. You won’t find a system quite like ours too often so feel free to ask for a tour. And while you’re at it be sure to enjoy a flight or a pint or three… and don’t forget to pick up a growler of your favorite ale before you continue on your journey.

Otay American Blonde 4.3% • 16oz • $6.50
Session American blonde. Light, crisp, and refreshing. Named for our head brewer's 4-year-old, who can't quite pronounce "OK" just yet.
Alexander Hamilton Porter 5.3% • 16oz • $6.50
Our dark and roasty light-bodied American porter. Brewed in honor of the man who launched our industrial revolution right here in New Jersey...and maybe a chubby fictional catcher.
Alba Gu Brath 8.7% • 13oz • $7.00
Scotland Forever! Brewed as part of our Hidden Nation Brewing Series, our Scottish Wee Heavy is malty and rich with a hint of candy apple, and caramel. Slainte!
RedCoat English Red Ale 5.6% • 16oz • $6.50
From our "Flashback" series, this classic English red ale is malty, a little smoky and has a light hop finish. Brewed just in time for our"Last Day in Charge Day".

A true German Kolsch, this beer is slightly hoppy, sweet with a taste of vanilla and fruit flavors and a malt-dry finish.
Corsendonk Strong Lager 10.5% • 13oz • $9.00
With chocolate and malty notes, this absolute classic has roasty notes and a hint of spice. Very lucky to get our hands on this limited special.
Zero Gravity Madonna 2xIPA 8.0% • 13oz • $8.00 Generously hopped Vermont Double IPA made with pilsner malt and American wheat. Balanced, bright, and highly satisfying.
Flounder Fred IPA 6.0% • 16oz • $8.00
From Flounder Brewing, in Hillsborough, NJ this IPA is citrus dominant, low bitterness American IPA that leads with Citra and Mosaic hops.
Rothaus Tannenzpfle 5.1% • 16oz • $8.00
From the Black Forest in southwestern Germany this classic pilsner features a hint of hoppy spice from the noblest of German hops.
Dansk Mjod Viking Blod Mead 19% • 6oz • $13.00 Hibiscus gives Viking Blod its characteristic red color, evocative of the blood Vikings spilled in their fierce battles. On tap year-round in honor of our April VikingFest!
Duchesse De Bourgogne 6.2% • 13oz • $13.00
A traditional Flemish red sour, matured in oak casks. It's smooth with a rich texture and a long, dry, sour finish.

Origins
American craft brewers have the great privilege of drawing inspiration from centuries of brewing tradition in the old world. The three most influential countries; Belgium, Germany, and Britain, along with monastic brewers, laid a foundation reflected in American craft brewing to this day.
