Welcome to New Jersey’s very first craft brewery. We’re proud to brew our house ales on our 7-barrel Peter Austin Brewing System. You won’t find a system quite like ours too often so feel free to ask for a tour. And while you’re at it be sure to enjoy a flight or a pint or three… and don’t forget to pick up a growler of your favorite ale before you continue on your journey.

OTAY AMERICAN BLONDE 4.3%/16oz/$6.5 Session American blonde. Light, crisp, and refreshing. Named for our head brewer's 4-year-old, who can't quite pronounce "OK" just yet.
FLUFFY BUNNY HAZY IPA 6.5%/16oz/$7.50
Our New England IPA. A hazy and juicy beer with citrus notes. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial.

From Flounder Brewing, this IPA is citrus dominant, low bitterness American IPA that leads with Citra and Mosaic hops
ROTHAUS TANNENZPFLE PILSNER 5.1%/16oz/$8
From the Black Forest in southwestern Germany this classic pilsner features a hint of hoppy spice from the noblest of German hops

A traditional Flemish red sour, matured in oak casks. It's smooth with a rich texture and a long, dry sour finish.

Origins
